This was my first exhibition as Chief Curator at the Museum of Sex, and my first time co-curating with Amanda Assaf. Ceramic sculpture seems to have become something of a speciality for me, so it felt very natural to be working with Shafei Xia and Urara Tsuchiya. Oh de Laval sculpts as well, but she works with glass, and we chose to focus on her paintings, which run the gamut from playful to sadistic/animalistic.
