Nancy Lorenz: Moon Gold

San Diego Museum of Art, 2018

This exhibition and the accompanying catalogue were my very last projects at the San Diego Museum of Art. I was allowed to take over almost 5,000 square feet with this show, and it was a knock-out. Even the casework was exquisite, with sculpted bases designed by Nancy’s studio. The exhibition’s title, Moon Gold, comes from a type of gold leaf (a white gold alloy).
